TER: LOVE IT OR HATE IT?

Reviews. They hold weight until they eventually, lose their steam. We are human beings who love to judge and what better way to harness power but through the review? Sure, reviews are done under the altruistic umbrella that we are spreading awareness and truth, but really its just a pass to feel the power in judgement. Its the same in the client-companion world. I’m writing this because someone recently wrote me a review, and I was reminded of how it feels when reading it. A piece of meat on an assembly line. After all, I would hope that our experience is more than just a few acronyms but since I have no idea who it was, I guess I will never know.
