The Liberated Soul

His mind is brilliant, devouring information instantaneously but not without careful thought. In business he is not to be underestimated, and in some cases even feared. His charisma is like the wind, pushing you gently, in many forms, sometimes its gale force and other times just a light breeze. It always feels refreshing. I believe that similar to a woman, a man has his secrets but guards them close to his vest, slower to reveal, if he ever does.

A man like this is never to be underestimated.

If he gives you an opening, take it and appreciate it. You know its rare to have the chance to go deeper. It is a natural instinct to want to protect the vulnerable part in ourselves. If one is willing to go there, be honored and go gentle. The gems of intimacy there, ready to gift. A powerful statement of trust. Altruistic wisdom, a yearning hope.

A woman is naturally a nurturer. For the openness and sentiment, that relates to the state of nurture, of course she may have well-kept secrets and vulnerabilities. There are spots of her soul, very few, if any, have uncovered. She may like to talk but what value is placed on her words? Is it ordinary conversation or the gateway to her profound truths? What lies underneath the polite and curious intellect?

It is often said that the more things change, the more they stay the same. The development of connection can often be dramatic and at best, poetic. In an age of modern intimacy, where men and women have definitive boundaries, the work comes in the search for those openings. Be prudent with those boundaries, cherish them as much as the vulnerability.

Take care with that liberated soul.
