The Unoriginal

Who says being unoriginal is a bad thing?  Who says maintaining has to be boring?  The safety in consistency allows us room to relax and there is a certain freedom in that.  The familiar curves on a boy, to know the strength of a touch.  That is sexy.

A kiss is like a snowflake, no two are alike.  Yet we always know how that tongue will feel, how dry or wet the lips will be.  The sound of your voice, of your laugh, even the jokes are bad.  A lullaby feeling when silence dawns on the conversation.  There is no need to worry about what comes next because we know.  Our need for the unknown, a fantasy that plays like a record in our mind,  sparking our imagination and a need to innovate.  Isn’t it a luxury to truly enjoy what  we have and savor = that familiarity, even if the familiar happens in intervals?

Music mood:  Mackintosh Braun ”  Good for now”

Neurally yours,

the familiar xo
