It is true. I love a gentleman with an accent. A frenchman who understand how to orchestrate beautifully. He understood the fine art of devouring a delicacy. There is a method, slow and gentle, taking the time to enjoy all of the fine layers until there, peeling each one back slowly, until he found the marinated and juicy center. Then, once he discovered it, he still managed to show the same care and attention,as he did in the preparation.
